At Ginco, we strive for the highest quality in every bite; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened food items. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
Approval and Labeling
Once our team reviews your request, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.
Package Securely
Place the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your RMA slip inside the box.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
